He keeps his arm as still as he can as he shifts his weight, and gingerly extends his right hand to accept the offer of assistance.
It takes a moment, but he's on his feet. The vertigo has not completely faded, but the ringing in his ears mostly has. And once he is sure that he is not going to topple over again, he bows his head to the Bright Power, in quiet deference.
